ANNUAL STAFF APPRECIATION EVENT

Dear WCHS Families,

It's that time of the year again when we host the annual staff appreciation event. This has been a tradition at Western and this year the event will run from Dec.14th to Dec.20th. We will be decorating the staff room with festive decorations on Dec 11th and then we will be providing a spread of food over these days.

We would really appreciate your help and request you to send anything to add to the spread. Please sign up to contribute using the following link.

https://signup.com/go/hkrhUFq

In case you cannot offer a food contribution, we are accepting monetary contributions too. Our committee will use those funds to buy food for this event.

Please make an e-transfer to wchsexec@gmail.com. You can also reach us at the same email if you have any questions or need any more information.

  • Food contributions can be sent to the school office between 8 AM - 9:30 AM on your chosen day.
  • The sign-up link has a few suggestions but if you would like to contribute something else, we would be more than happy to add that on as well. Please sign up under “Item of your choice” and indicate what you will send, so we do not buy something similar in case we need to supplement.
  • Do attach a list of ingredients please, since we have a number of staff members with dietary or allergy restrictions.
  • Remember to mark anything you send with a note saying “Staff Appreciation” and send items in a disposable container.
  • Some items like beverages, chocolates, and plates can be dropped off earlier starting Dec 11th, but please mark them clearly as “Staff Appreciation”

Thank you in advance for your support in making this event a success! Your contribution is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

The WCHS Parent Council Exec Committee
